Skillz Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Class a Common Stock
Skillz will use the net proceeds from the contribution for employed capital and common corporate purposes. Skillz will not gain any proceeds from the vending shareholders’ trade of Class A common stock.
The offering’s joint lead book-running managers are Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup and Jefferies. Additional book-running managers include RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, Wedbush Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities, with Canaccord Genuity and Stifel serving as co-managers.
